Payment

·         Cash or EFT payment. Banking Detail’s on request.

·         Goods will only be released once payment has cleared.

Refurbished/ 2^nd Hand Goods

·         Refurbished Goods are sold as is, No Warranty, No Return

·         If a valid fault is occurred within 48Hrs of purchase We will look at the problem Free of charge and try to rectify it but not bound by this, repairs will be done at cost. Goods to be brought in within 48Hrs.

New Goods

·         New goods are sold with manufactory warranty.  Manufacturer T&C apply.

·         Carry In Warranty – Unless stated otherwise (If more than 1 year warranty on item, 1^st year with us thereafter  warranty is with Manufactory / Dealer)

·         Goods must be returned with original receipt as well as package.

·         Physical damage, Tamper and/ or warranty label removed will result in void of warranty.

·         Warranty is based on an estimated turn around period of 21 working days.

·         CD’s, DVDs & Cables Do Not Carry a warranty unless stated other wise

·         7 Day Swop Out, Credit Policy (Credit Note will be issued NOT Cash) - Provided within reason and item was not used or opened and in original packaging Final decision still by management discretion. After 7Days swop out, credit will happen at management discretion and if a credit is issued a handling fee of 25% will be charged.

Workshop/ Bring in Repairs

·         All work will be quoted on prior to work being done.

·         Computers not collected within 3 Months will be sold to defray costs. Interest levied if collected after 1 month at 10%.

·         No warranty on Software or Hardware Repairs done. Warranty only valid on parts covered under manufacturing warranty.

·         No goods will be released without original CRO + being signed that computer was collected.

·         We only support original software, we will only repair computers if original software is included or licence attached to chassis or software is bought.

Software

·         Software has no warranty. No warranty on repair or upgrade of software

·         Please make sure you receive all your software back before leaving our premises.

·         We support and supply only original software. SAY NO TO PIRACY

·         No refunds or exchange on any Software

Delivery

·         Delivery will take place once the full amount on invoice has been paid and amount cleared

·         Setup of computer/ s will result in a additional cost. Unless stated otherwise

·         Delivery Time and Date is not Guaranteed

Liabilities

·         We do not guarantee the specific time of delivery.

·         We will not be held responsible for 3^rd partied faults, lack of service or void of warranty.

·         We are not responsible for Data loss, Please make back up’s

·         We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused.

·         Warranty void if goods damaged by lighting or Power surge/ dip or spike. Unless protected by appropriate device. Physical Damage void of warranty.

Orders/ Cancellation of orders/ Quotes

·         All orders are subject to a 50% Deposit. Unless stated otherwise

·         Cancellation of orders will result in 15% handling fee

·         Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise, subject to stock availability, subject to R & $ exchange. We reserve the right to change prices without written consent. We reserve the right to limit quantity
